Here are some helpful guidelines to ensure your visit is safe, comfortable and enjoyable.

• We DO NOT offer timed tickets at this time... You can enter and arrive anytime after 10am, and the last admission for the day is 5:15pm. The parking lot and gates close and lock at 5:30pm
• The number of visitors will be limited each day and we are requiring everyone to reserve an admission ticket in advance. Register online, or by calling 718.549.3200, and bring your printed ticket(s) or have them available on your mobile device.
• Our shuttle service is currently suspended to meet social distancing guidelines. There will be no shuttles picking up or dropping off passengers at Metro North, #1 Subway or at offsite parking lots. Parking at the Riverdale Country School is not available at this time.
• Our newly renovated onsite parking lot is now open. The Riverdale Park lot is also available on a first come, first served basis if the onsite lot is full.
• Please plan on wearing a face covering when entering and exiting the garden and when you use a restroom. You may remove your face coverings when you are on the grounds and social distancing is possible.
• Wave Hill House is open from 10:30 to 4:30PM. Restrooms with outside access are open on the lower level of Glyndor Gallery and at the Perkins Visitor Center.
• The Café is open from 10:30AM to 4:30PM offering grab-and-go items, snacks and beverages. Outdoor seating is available on the Kate French Terrace of Wave Hill House. There is currently no indoor dining for safety reasons.
• The picnic area adjacent to Glyndor Gallery is open and visitors may bring food to eat there. Eating on the lawns are prohibited
• Blankets and outdoor chairs are not allowed.
• Our living collection is not the place for sports! Please leave your rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, balls, frisbees, drones and other such equipment at home. Bicycles can be locked up at the front entrance.
• No smoking or vaping—these are prohibited by law on Wave Hill property.
• Plan to photograph the gardens? We encourage you to do so. And feel free to tag #wavehill on social media if you would like to share them. Wedding, engagement and family portraits require a permit and a site fee. Commercial photography also requires written permission and fees.
